
Jordan Television (JTV) hosted in "A New Day" daily broadcast APN Vice Chairman Eng. Rami Barhoush and volunteer Lamis Abu Aziza on Dec. 3rd. 2014.
Eng. Rami gave a brief on APN's programs that seek to achieve sovereignty on natural resources and food through enhancing agricultural capabilities of nations and fighting the marginalization of the agricultural sector.
Apart from the rehabilitation programs implemented in Jordan and Palestine, Barhoush highlighted the actions taken to mobilize and advocate for the public. He also referred to the APN Annual Dinner that was organized to announce the launch of the 3rd Million Tree Campaign in Palestine, and the tradition to select celebrities who excelled in supporting humanitarian, agricultural or national cases and interests.Volunteer Lamis explained the roles of volunteers in APN such as assisting in event organization, design and sale of products, presenting ecological awareness lectures at schools and others. APN attracts hundreds of volunteers of various age groups and specializations. She pointed out the importance of spreading awareness and introducing APN on social media which is becoming an effective communication tool.
