APN | Central Jordan Valley

A special event in the Central Jordan Valley region held by APN, in which participated volunteers who are employees of Bank of Jordan represented by planting 1,000 fruitful trees sponsored by the Bank over two phases as a part of its gold sponsorship of the Green Caravan program.

The partnership between APN and Bank of Jordan began 9 years ago and was crowned with the planting of 5,000 trees departing from the social responsibility of the Bank in terms of applying its environmental plans aiming to cement endeavors to increase the green area, and to support small farmers, as an embodiment of genuine environmental partnership, and as an expression of the commitment of the bank to promote the activities of comprehensive sustainability. Moreover, it emerged to face the environmental challenges, mitigate environmental deterioration, and enhance biodiversity and green areas, in addition to its being an additional source of income and a necessary factor for achieving food security.
