APN planted 2,000 fruit trees in Salfit and Nablus

With noble efforts and generous support from the Hikma Pharmaceutical Company, the APN team in occupied Palestine was able to plant 2,000 fruit trees distributed on the lands of several farmers in the governorates of Salfit and Nablus.


The support of Al-Hikma Medicines and its continuous partnership with APN, in support of the food security of farmers, enhancing their economic income and agricultural inputs, comes within the company’s vision of community service and the promotion of environmental activities in Palestine and Jordan.


The importance of this support from Al-Hikma Medicines lies in the fact that APN was able to support 33 farmers in the two governorates, and to plant two thousand trees (1,430 olives, 300 almonds, and 220 figs) on a total area of ​​122 dunums.


In Salfit, 900 olive trees were planted on an area of ​​43 dunums, benefiting 18 farmers who support 180 people. In Nablus, 1,100 trees were planted on an area of ​​79 dunums, belonging to 15 farmers who support 90 people.
