On Tuesday, 9 September 2014 APN held its annual meeting for 2013 in the presence of 16 members of the general assembly, members of the board of directors, the working group, and APN’s auditor from Talal Abu-Ghazaleh& Company.

The meeting began with a review of achievements from the year 2012-2013 presented by the group’s Executive Manager, Mariam al-Jaajaa. They then discussed the budget and the auditor's report for the financial year that ended on 31 December 2013. Mr. Hisham Khalfa of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh & Company reviewed the report of the chartered accountant and the details of the financial statements for 2013. Khalfa responded to inquiries and provided the necessary clarifications in collaboration with APN’s Chief Financial Officer.

The general committee unanimously approved the balance sheet and final accounts as well as the auditor's report for 2013.
