The Arab Group for the Protection of Nature planted 400 trees on 12 dunums in Hebron Governorate. The almond trees will benefit 4 farmers who support 25 individuals. The tree-planting campaign was supported by STS and STS PayOne (January 6, 2021).

The village where the planting took place is famous for its agriculture and borders a major settlement to the north, which consumes nearly 30% of its land.

The people of the village live in difficult conditions due to the harassment of settlers. Settlers vandalize Palestinian farms and block roads so farmers can't reach their lands. They are trying to push farmers off their lands in favour of continuing settlement activity, which is clearly increasing.
