APN, ANFS, and their partners completed a report for the Civil Society and Indigenous Peoples’ Mechanism of CFS (CSM) titled, “CSM Report on Monitoring the Use and Application of the Framework for Action for Food Security and Nutrition in Protracted Crises.”
Mariam al-Jaajaa and Elle Ambler from APN were among the primary authors of the report, which conveyed the state of food security, analyzed its impediments, and presented the demands of people in countries suffering from war, conflict, and occupation.
The 45-page report was finalized after three months of in-depth research and gathering opinions from around the world. It was discussed at the meeting of the 47th session of the Committee on World Food Security, held 9-11 February 2021.
