The Arab Group for the Protection of Nature planted 1000 different fruit trees in Northern Shouneh as part of the Green Caravan program, to include areas in Irbid, Al-Dhlail, and Zarqa. Invest Bank, which is a Golden Sponsor, supported the tree-planting campaign, seeking to enhance food security in those areas through sustainable agricultural projects (December 3, 2020). 

Local groups in Northern Shouneh were very proactive in their support for the campaign in which new citrus, olive, and almond trees are benefiting 22 farmers and 78 people who depend on them.
