In cooperation with Al-Amal Foundation for Training and Entrepreneurship, we organised an interactive workshop for students of the Gaza Camp in Jerash on the importance of agriculture and its role as a key pillar of achieving food sovereignty.

During the session, the students were introduced to the world of agriculture as a means of fostering self-reliance and ensuring access to a healthy, sustainable food base. They eagerly put their learning into practice, planting a variety of herbs and vegetables in the foundation’s garden. Through this hands-on work, students embodied and strengthened their connection to the land, as well as their belief in its ability to provide for the upcoming generation of Jordan.
