APN hosted 14 environmental and agricultural activists from Lebanon, Palestine, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, and Egypt in Jordan as part of the annual meeting of Terre et Humanisme and its partners in the Arab region.

Participants discussed the most pressing environmental and agricultural challenges facing the region, with a particular focus on the situations in Palestine and Jordan. The discussions also addressed issues of food sovereignty and emphasized the need to strengthen Arab cooperation to secure people’s rights to food and natural resources.
