During the month of Ramadan, APN completed a series of awareness lectures held at eight schools in Amman and Zarqa, with the participation of a group of volunteers. These lectures, which have reached more than 800 primary school students so far,  are part of the "Cultivating Awareness" project, which was launched earlier this year with the support of the Bank of Jordan, under the "If You Only Knew" programme.

The lectures were interactive, with students eagerly participating in discussions and sharing personal stories and experiences that enriched the dialogue. APN distributed special notebooks made from recycled paper.

The project aims to raise environmental awareness among school students, educate them on the importance of agriculture and its impact on food sovereignty, and highlight the environmental challenges facing Jordan, Palestine, and the Arab region, in an effort to instill values of sustainability and environmental responsibility in the younger generations.
