As part of its efforts to raise environmental and agricultural awareness among youth and students, APN launched an awareness project called “Cultivating Awareness” in cooperation with the Bank of Jordan. This project is part of the “If Only You Knew” programme, which APN launched to empower youth to effectively contribute to spreading environmental and agricultural knowledge.

The project was first launched in Irbid, where the first group of 17 young volunteers received training. The second group, also consisting of 17 volunteers from various governorates, was trained in Amman, where they participated in an intensive workshop designed to enhance their ability to deliver interactive awareness sessions to school students. The third phase of the training concluded with a session for Bank of Jordan employees, who will volunteer as part of the project to conduct awareness lectures for students.

This project aligns with APN’s vision to empower youth in spreading environmental and agricultural awareness and reinforcing the idea that environmental issues are a local priority. APN aims to expand the project to include more governorates and schools, ensuring a broader impact and the long-term sustainability of its awareness efforts.
