APN and the Central Trade and Auto Company (Chery) have signed a cooperation agreement under which Chery will support the APN’s tree-planting programs in Jordan and Palestine.

As part of this support, Chery has committed to donating 1000 trees with 500 to be planted in Jordan and another 500 in the Gaza Strip. Additionally, Chery will plant one tree for every car purchased from its showroom in Jordan and provide the buyer with an official certificate issued in the name of APN.

Chery’s General Manager, Ahmad Khasawneh, stated: "This collaboration with APN reflects Chery's commitment to supporting environmental and developmental initiatives. We believe that participating in such programs is not merely a step toward improving the environment but also a reaffirmation of our pursuit of sustainability".

Mariam Al Jaajaa, APN General Manager, said: "We deeply appreciate Chery's support for this project, as it enhances our ability to achieve food sovereignty, contribute to building a sustainable environmental future in Jordan and Palestine, and highlight the importance of the private sector's role in complementing various community initiatives".
