As part of its commitment to supporting environmental sustainability and enhancing green spaces in Jordan, APN, with the support of the Jordan Ahli Bank, planted 200 trees of the Melia azedarach and Jacaranda species at Al Hussein Youth City – Sports City in Amman. The goal is to improve the urban environment and increase vegetation cover, as part of APN’s Green Caravan programme.
A number of bank employees participated in the initiative, coming together to work as a team and enthusiastically planting the trees, emphasizing the importance of teamwork in creating a positive impact on the community.
The bank's volunteers expressed their pride in participating in this environmental activity, stressing the bank's commitment to contributing to sustainable development and supporting national efforts to address environmental challenges, particularly those related to climate change and desertification.
