Revive Gaza’s Farmland: Agricultural Achievements in the Final Quarter of the Year

We launched the second phase of our Revive Gaza’s Farmland project, which introduced new components, including the cultivation of fruit trees and wheat, as well as the extension of water networks, in addition to the continued cultivation of fast-growing vegetables and the rehabilitation and drilling of wells.

Relentless Advocacy Across Local, Regional, and International Policy Platforms in Defense of Food Sovereignty and Environmental Justice

We represented civil society in the sessions of the UN Committee on World Food Security, and delivered interventions within the Global Major Groups and Stakeholders Forum ahead of UNEA-7, as well as during the IUCN Congress. We also launched the findings of an in-depth study on food sovereignty in Jordan, mobilised to prevent the expropriation of agricultural land in Southern Jordan Valley, and published a series of studies with UN-Habitat on land and conflicts in the Arab region. In addition, we presented our experience in advocacy and mobilisation during a workshop organized by the Arab Reform Initiative.

The Million Tree Campaign Continues to Strengthen the Steadfastness of Palestinian Villages

​​​​​​​With determination and resolve, we continue our work in Palestine, guided by the belief that protecting the land and building self-sufficient local food systems form the first line of defense against the occupation’s tactics aimed at blockade, displacement, and emptying the land of its people. Through our efforts, we have planted thousands of fruit trees and wheat crops across historic Palestine. Furthermore, as part of our "Cultivating Sumod in the West Bank" project, we have completed the implementation of comprehensive agricultural infrastructure for 3 villages to strengthen local food systems.

Mobilising Global Coalitions and Building Effective Partnerships to Confront Colonial Tactics

We launched the International People’s Tribunal on Forced Starvation and Ecocide in Palestine in Spain, led a global appeal calling for an end to the humanitarian deterioration in Sudan, and spoke at several regional and international platforms about our role in combating starvation in Gaza. Our projects were also featured in impactful events, including “Through the Ages”, a theatrical performance organized by Creative Kids Center.

The Green Caravan Brings New Projects Across Jordan

Significant achievements reflecting effective partnerships between national institutions, companies, and volunteers in support of Jordanian farmers across various governorates. These included the planting of thousands of fruit trees, including olives, stone fruits, and citrus, alongside the cultivation of local wheat and the harvesting of olives and citrus fruits.

“Together for Lebanon’s Olives” Cultivates 10,000 Olive Trees Under the Patronage of the Lebanese Minister of Environment

​​​​​​​We carried out a number of activities in Lebanon toward the end of 2025, building on previous phases of the “Together for Lebanon’s Olives” project, which we launched last spring and aims to replant 8,000 dunums of land that were damaged in the southern Lebanese governorates and villages as a result of Israeli bombardment. We also planted 10 dunums of wheat in the town of Aitaroun.
