APN has recently launched the ‘Fruit Tree Saplings’ project in an area north-west of Jerusalem as part of its third million tree program, in cooperation with the Palestine Rural Development Society. The project aims to plant 4,000 saplings of olive, and almond trees as well as grape vines in a 40 dunum area of land.  The cultivation process will benefit 70 farmers in eight villages.
