Seedlings of 300 grapes trees have been planted by APN on land owned by Khadr Mohammad Onnab in Kafranja in Ajloun governorate in Jordan. The planting work was carried out with financial support provided by BCI Company, the country agents of Samsung Mobile Corporation. Head of APN’s Green Caravan campaign Mohammad Qtaishat said the planting of the seedlings was coordinated with the Jordanian Farmers Union member Ziad al-Balawneh and with the participation of 35 volunteers from the Sport Active Team of al-Hashimiyah University.

It is worth noting that Ajloun lacks necessary developmental support to help farmers hold on to their agricultural lands.
