APN| Surrounding Jerusalem

The steadfast farmer Hamzah welcomed APN’s team who planted 162 fruitful trees on his land which is surrounded by settlements in the south of Jerusalem. Feelings of pride felt by the employees of Solidarity - First Insurance Company were rife for their noble donation of those trees which helped the farmer be steadfast on his land in the face of provocations and attacks from the settlers in the area, coupled with the attempts of the occupation to hinder planting activities and expropriate uncultivated lands.

With this and other agricultural activities in the Seam Zone, APN was able to confront settlement expansion and provide the area’s farmers with a source of livelihood.
