'From the Besieged Farmer to the Besieged Family': A Relief Campaign to Aid Gaza Farmers
A campaign was launched to mobilize support and funds to help Gaza families in the wake of Israel's war on Gaza in 2007-2008 and the stifling blockade that followed. The relief aid involved the distribution of baskets carrying locally produced foodstuffs to families suffering under bombardments and closures. (more)
Helping Gaza Residents with Drinking Water
Several hundred water tanks were provided to residents of the Beit Hanoon town in Gaza strip following Israeli air strikes in 2006. Infrastructure and homes along with water tanks and sources were damaged the attacks. The aid operation was conducted in conjunction with the Palestinian Agricultural Relief Committees. (more)
Fixing Gaza Greenhouses
A total of 38 greenhouses damaged by Israeli fire were rehabilitated and planted with vegetable seedlings by the Palestinian Union of Agricultural Work Committees with a grant from APN. (more)
Relief Aid to Lebanon during the 2006 Israeli war
APN joined the Lebanese embassy and community in Amman in an emergency aid campaign to provide assistance to Lebanese residents hit or displaced under Israeli attacks on their country in 2006. (more)
