On  September 29th  APN hosted agricultural researcher Hanandeh Sadat in a debate with a number of volunteers to talk about agriculture and activating the role of young people with their different professions in the service of the agricultural community.

She stressed during their discussion that young people with their different degrees can serve and benefit agricultural development. She referred to the role that could be played by a student of computer science who can calculate the amount of precipitation expected, and how this effects climate change, which will help the farmer choose the right time for planting.

She also mentions engineering students who work towards finding alternative energy sources in order to take out water from the wells and provide energy to be used on farms.
